Wishing to preserve every beautiful moment and to spread the spirit of “running for health, education, and community”, the Organising Board of EDURUN 2023 has launched a photo contest with the theme “EDURUN 2023 MOMENTS”.
️1. CONTESTANTS:
All Vinschool Parents, Students, Teachers and Staff, and external individuals and organisations, participating in EDURUN 2023, may enter.
2. HOW TO JOIN:
ROUND 1: April 03-17, 2023:
-Step 1: Post at least 02 photos on your personal Facebook page, including:
- 01 check-in photo taken when you run during EDURUN 2023 (including offline running at school campuses or online running on the 84RACE platform);
- 01 screenshot of the completed section on Strava;
- A meaningful caption to spread the message of the race.
Note: Each runner has to complete at least 30 km of valid sections and be recorded on the 84RACE online running platform between April 3 and April 17, 2023.
-Step 2: Make your post Public on your Facebook page, with the hashtags #EDURUN2023 #khoanhkhacEDURUN2023.
-Step 3: Fill in the entry information: bit.ly/khoanh_khac_edurun_2023
ROUND 2: April 19-23: TOP 20 ANNOUNCEMENT & VOTING
On April 19, the Organising Board will announce and post the TOP 20 excellent entries on Vinschool’s official Facebook page for the audience to vote online.
3. SCORING METHOD:
ROUND 1: The Organising Board will select the TOP 20 excellent entries based on the following criteria:
- Meaningful message: Entries with inspirational images/story that convey(s) the message of EDURUN;
- Creativity: Contestants with creative running ideas or photography such as a heart-shaped route map or unique pose, etc.;
- Recognition: The entry clearly shows the EDURUN identity. For example: the runner wears the EDURUN 2023 T-shirt, checks in at a Vinschool campus, etc.
- Each entry has minimum 100 reactions.
ROUND 2: Voting time ends at 23:59 on April 23, 2023. The score for round 2 is calculated as follows:
- Each Like or Reaction: 1 point
- Each Share (Public): 1 point
- The total score of entry will be calculated by 40% score from voting and 60% score from the Organising Board
4. PRIZE ANNOUNCEMENT: Results will be announced on Vinschool’s official Facebook page on April 26, 2023.
Note: In case two or more runners have the same points, the Organising Board will award the runner with the longest total distance run.
5. PRIZE STRUCTURE:
- 01 First Prize: The contestant with the highest score will receive 01 Evo 200 e-motorbike worth VND 22,000,000 from VinFast.
- 01 Second Prize: The contestant with the 2nd highest score will receive 01 gene decoding package, whether GeneLife Premium (for an adult) or GeneFuture Premium (for a child), worth VND 10,000,000 from GeneStory.
- 20 Inspirational Prize: Top 20 Contestants in Round 1: Each will receive 01 ticket with unlimited entertainment experience at VinWonders (VinWonders Nha Trang, VinWonders Phu Quoc, Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc, VinWonders South Hoi An, VinKE and Vinpearl Aquarium) worth VND 950,000 (Expiration date: December 31, 2023).
6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- The Facebook account used for the contest must be a valid one. The Organising Board does not limit the number of entries from each contestant.
- The Organising Board only recognises the results of the entries that strictly follow the steps mentioned in Section 2.
- Contestants must be fully responsible for the copyright of their entry, and any copyright disputes related to the photos and content submitted before and after the prize presentation.
- Vinschool has the right to change any content of the contest, or adjust the rules at any time before the end of the contest by posting the revised rules on Vinschool’s Facebook page.
- Images and information provided by the contestants to the programme will be used by Vinschool for advertising and communication purposes (if any) without notifying the author or paying any costs, as long as it does not violate the law.
- The Organising Board reserves the right to remove any entry with signs of fraud without prior notice.
- In all cases, Vinschool’s decision is the final one.
